Provenance
Donor 0198 is fifty-one, a master sommelier who farms a small hillside parcel in Burgundy. He asks to be described by exposure, elevation and aspect, and we have obliged: southeast-facing, 280 metres, limestone over marl.
He maintains that the 2023 release was structurally superior to the 2024. Our assay figures for the two are within a rounding error of one another. Both are printed in full below and customers are welcome to reach their own conclusion.
Method
Collected late September and compounded within the week. Rested on the base for thirty days before filling. Each release is dated; vintages are not blended.
Application
Evening. Decant a small quantity into the palm and allow it to stand thirty seconds before applying — absorption measurably improves.
Suitable for normal to combination skin.

Batch SO-0198 · 2024 is traceable to one donor, one collection and one compounding. Donor consent is held in writing, renewable, and terminable by the donor at any time without notice.
